Usage data: call logs, minutes used, features accessed

Information from Callers (Homeowners)

Call recordings and transcripts (with disclosure at the start of each call)
Contact information: name, phone number, email, property address
Inquiry details: damage type, roof information, insurance status
Photos uploaded through our photo upload feature
Appointment information when inspections are scheduled

How We Use Information

Provide and improve our AI call answering service
Process and respond to inquiries on behalf of roofing contractors
Schedule appointments and send confirmations
Generate call summaries and transcripts
Send follow-up communications as configured by the contractor
Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
Communicate with customers about their accounts

Information Sharing

We share caller information with the roofing contractor whose phone line was called — this is the core purpose of our service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, communication services).

Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 12 months by default. Contractors can configure shorter retention periods. Account data is retained for the life of the account and deleted upon request after account closure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Roofing contractors can export their data through our dashboard.
